And this is also missing a version number, it must be something like 
database_stein_watkins_mini-VERSIONNUMBER (optionally followed by .p0 
for example), where VERSIONNUMBER should be a date like 20131008 if 
there is no real version number.

Yes, new directory under build/pkgs

Alternatively, if people post a suitable SPKG.txt then I can integrate it 
into the files system. But I just don't have the slightest idea what some 
of those are, so I can't write the SPKG.txt myself.
