The problem was with a script that checks which mirrors to display on the download pages. Karl-Dieter, Eric, thanks for the alert. The Paris mirror seems perfectly up to date: http://www-ftp.lip6.fr/pub/math/sagemath/ and I'm guessing most other mirrors too.
