I could probably update this, but any time I spend on Sage development
infrastructure I would rather spend on transitioning to using Sage's
GitLab repository more: https://gitlab.com/sagemath/sage

I just encountered a bug when trying to generate a patch file using 
`https://git.sagemath.org/sage.git/rawdiff`. It generated a malformed 
patch. I wanted to report that upstream to cgit, but then I noticed that 
our cgit installation is 3 years old. We are using 1.0.1 while the latest 
version is 1.2.1 .

I think its a good idea to update. Regardless of the rawdiff bug (I don't 
know weather or not that is fixed in the latest version), it would be good 
for security too.
