not yet, see https://github.com/sagemath/sage/pull/36181
The problem is that some Sage packages (first of all gmpy2) need an
update for using 3.12
It will be there soon...
Meanwhile, you most probably have python 3.11 installed (or it can be
installed)
You can run
./configure --with-python=python3.11
to use it, and don't build one.
