Hi, There is a module included in sage called "sage.media.wav". It's really bad. I want to remove it despite our deprecation policy, since it is bad.
http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/12673 The history of this ticket is that it was code that Bobby Moretti and Josh Kantor (two UW students) whipped it out in a few hours to help in teaching a class about Fourier transform to high school students, which I added into Sage. This was in maybe 2007 when random things just got added to Sage with no doctests. I doubt anybody is depending on this code, since it seems to barely work.
