This means that Mathjax, which is used by Jupyter to interpret LaTeX 
expressions, has no definition of a `\ZZ` LaTeX macro.

On 9.6.rc0, I get `\Bold푍/6\Bold푍`, which is not interpreted by `mathjax` 
either. I don't know how to work around this with Mathjax.

Would you mind filing a ticket ?
