This is very likely a local config issue as others have pointed out above. An anecdote from last night: I tried to download WinSCP onto a Windows box that had some sort of Norton "protection" running and it managed to truncate the downloaded archive every time I downloaded it. And it wasn't missing a couple bytes, but about 1.2MB out of 1.4MB. Even deactivating the Norton tool did not fix the problem and on another Windows box on the same network (i.e. the same global firewall) everything went fine. > Jason Cheers, Michael --~--~-~--~~~---~--~~ To post to this group, send email to sage-support@googlegroups.com To unsubscribe from this group, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] For more options, visit this group at http://groups.google.com/group/sage-support URLs: http://www.sagemath.org -~--~~~~--~~--~--~---

Are they using Internet Explorer? I don't have any of my Windows computers near by, so I can't test this myself until the middle of the night.
