Trying to build sage=8.3 from source failed on scipy.

The log says:
[scipy-0.19.1] Please email sage-devel 
(http://groups.google.com/group/sage-devel)
[scipy-0.19.1] explaining the problem and including the log file
[scipy-0.19.1]   /home/sage-8.3/logs/pkgs/scipy-0.19.1.log
[scipy-0.19.1] Describe your computer, operating system, etc.

I cannot see how to send such an email. I logged into Google groups (though
I try to avoid Google wherever possible, and regret that sage uses that as
a vehicle) but was not able to post to that group. How can a useful bug
report be submitted?
