Well, there's UTC and TCA and TCA is known for maffia-like behaviour against
their competition so I'd stay away from them only for that reason.
As far as customerservice goes, I don't think you can say that one is better
or worse than the other.
So basically you have the choice between those two companies...

Depending on your time of arrival a train would be cheaper.Taxi's are always present at Schiphol but extremely costly, a train runs from underneath Schiphol right into the centre of Amsterdam, you could take a taxi from the station to your hotel.Frans

True, the Taxi's are expensive (90 Guilders from Schiphol to where we
stopped in Amsterdam!) but depends on if you have the patiencce to find the
right train :)
