Re: [Samba] Anyone here. . .
I almost forgot: This is related to samba because I'm trying to setup a samba pdc running an openldap backend and I can't add any users until I get perl-ldap installed properly as the Idealx scripts rely on this module. Re: [Samba] domain user cannot change password from Linux machine
What do you have set for the passdb backend setting? Also, what are you user modification scripts set to (Add User Script=? Delete User Script=?) ? Re: [Samba] Very dumb question
Wouldn't the easiest way to do that be something like running the cd burning program from the computer that has the samba share? Although this seems a little strange, since putting a cd burner in a server doesn't make a lot of sense. . . Huh? I'm sure we'd both be just as unintelligible if we asked a question on a Portugese newsgroup with nothing but a phrasebook to aid our quest. :-) Mr. Gamito may want to consider webCDwriter, more information here: http://joerghaeger.de/webCDwriter/index.html --Jon Johnson Sutinen Consulting, Inc.
