[Samba] Binary distribution for AIX 4.3
Gavin I couldn't get 2.2.5 from Bull to work either. However I downloaded gcc from Bull and built 2.2.7a from the source and it was completely straightforward. RE: [Samba] Binary distribution for AIX 4.3
Thanks for the reply Columb FYI, I found a 2.2.7 binary distribution at http://aixpdslib.seas.ucla.edu/aixpdslib.html which worked out of the box. Thanks Gavin. -Original Message- From: Healy, Columb [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Tuesday, 4 February 2003 10:16 p.m. To: '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' Cc: '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' Subject: [Samba] Binary distribution for AIX 4.3 Gavin I couldn't get 2.2.5 from Bull to work either. [Samba] Binary distribution for AIX 4.3
Hi all, Does anyone know of a binary distribution of a fairly recent version of samba for AIX 4.3 ? I've tried the 2.2.5 binary distribution from www.bullfreeeware.com but when I ran testparm and smbstatus, just as a quick check, I got symbol table errors. Thanks in advance.
