-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hello List,
after i installed Samba and the OpenLDAP, i configured this "Team" with some Howtos in the internet. So, now i populated the data into the LDAP with $ smbldap-populate -u 1550 -g 1500 which worked well. Now i can see groups and users and machines in the LDAP Database. Then i added a new Testuser with "smbldap-useradd -m -a jens" (which i can see in the database, too). But if i want to connect over ssh or to the Samba i get a error messages "permission denied". Then i want to try to list the groupmaps and get the following error: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ~# net groupmap list [2007/05/09 14:41:44, 0] passdb/pdb_ldap.c:ldapsam_setsamgrent(3051) ldapsam_setsamgrent: LDAP search failed: No such object [2007/05/09 14:41:44, 0] passdb/pdb_ldap.c:ldapsam_enum_group_mapping(3123) ldapsam_enum_group_mapping: Unable to open passdb [EMAIL PROTECTED] ~# Can Anyone help me, with that Problem? I think, if i can solve this error message, i get closer to the "permission denied" problem :-) . Thanks in advance.
