I think Win2k runs NTP - so you should just be able to point your unix
clients at that.

Is it a problem to put 'rdate -s your-time-server' in cron?

Is it possible to synchronize the time of a Samba (member) server 
running in a W2K-domain with a W2K-server which is also the time-server 
for our domain??
