Ultimate Software is the cloud based HRMS that Amica uses. They use a Cognos BI tool and are looking for someone who is very familiar with Ultimate so they know the layout of the BI packages and how Ultimate stores data. Basically need an Ultimate Software BI report writer. The Ultimate Software tool has a future and effective dating feature, when a report is pulled and the payroll has not actually been paid it goes into an draft state which they call a "contingent file" this is in a XML file, and it is nearly impossible to get this data out. This is one problem they will work on fixing. They will also work on creating reports for high level executives. They will focus on drill down reporting as well. In addition to the cognos report writing and the ultimate software expeince they are looking for someone with Business Analyst skills they must have the ability to talk with the business and gather requirements for new work.
