The Hourly rate is : $45 /hr - $47/hr DB2 DBA – Mainframe Production support environment – Techno Function Role 8-10 years experience working in DB2 DBA – Mainframe Production support environment Worked on large environment / Database Well versed with Offshore / Onsite Model Soft Skills Working with offshore team on daily basis and monitor / co-ordinate the work. Update and track Issues / Delays between offshore and onsite. Work out the mitigation plan. Monitor work with on more frequent basis. Need to understand Customer expectation / deliver the same with offshore support Very good Documentation and reporting skills.
