Acts as a liaison between IT and the business on assigned projects and works closely with the project manager to keep stakeholders informed of progress. Coordinates test plans to meet project requirements and helps drive user acceptance testing to produce quality deliverables. *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide both strategic and detailed support to the Project Manager on significant projects and initiatives. Responsible for working with various business units to analyze and define user requirements in order to develop the service/product that meets the strategic needs of the Business Unit. Ability to act in Project Manager capacity on selected initiatives Proactively collaborates with the business to identify potential process improvements and enhancements that increase efficiencies and decrease costs. Translate business needs into design documents and specifications; document current state and future state process workflows Work with vendors on configuring third party solutions to meet the process needs of the Business Unit. Defines and documents the test plan and coordinates user acceptance testing to help ensure delivery of a quality solution. *QUALIFICATIONS:* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. 3-5 years of experience in retail/commercial banking project implementations. 5+ years business analyst experience ACH project-related experience required*** Six Sigma background a plus PMP and/or IIBA certification strongly preferred. Experience in requirements gathering & facilitation sessions Experience with vendor management Demonstrates understanding of consumer banking regulations Demonstrates critical thinking, problem solving and independent execution skills Demonstrates ability to grasp new concepts quickly Demonstrates facilitation, collaboration and relationship management skills.
