Please let me know your interest about the below position and please let me know if you are interested for this position * Role : Avaya VPE (Voice Protocol Engineer )* *Location: Princeton, NJ Duration : 6+ Month to long term * *Job description: * *Pre-requisites : Strong in core java and its concepts* *Mandatory Skills :-* Strong knowledge in Avaya Dialog designer and Orchestration designer based development and deployment (Should have implemented projects end to end) Strong knowledge in Application servers and application deployment Basic knowledge of AVP and AEP systems, WebLM, associated commands and webpages Strong knowledge in Speech and Text-to-speech concepts and its integration with the Avaya ecosystem and troubleshooting knowledge in speech and text-to-speech servers Knowledge on telecommunication terms and CTI Basic knowledge of or experience with Eclipse *Roles & Responsibilities:-* Deliver remote service and support to customers • Work in shifts • Interact with customers to provide response to inquiries, concerns, and requests • Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by technically evaluating and analyzing the symptoms • Follow standard processes and procedures • Identify and resolve engagement issues, independently to the extent possible, only escalating issues as appropriate. • Accurately process and record call transactions using designated tracking software; • Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary; • Stay current with system information, changes and updates • Prepare Knowledge base articles post issue resolution / Standard operating procedures for repeat activities *Specific Responsibilities :* • Proper phone etiquette; • Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately; • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices; • Effective listening skills; • Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good; • Multi-tasking capabilities; • Strong Analytical skills • Strong Technical skills *Thanks & Regards* *Rohit Arya ||**Technical recruiter * *Amiga Informatics Inc* 501, S.
