Desired Skills: • Communicates clearly and effectively with clients, Accounts Executives, and Management • Consistently produces clear, concise status reports, deliverables and other project documentation • Builds confidence and trust with customers • Displays effective analytical skills • Experience in leading the documenting and delivery of Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), configuration workbooks, testing plans (scenario and script design, development and deployment), test defect tracking, resolution and retesting processes including but not limited to: SUT (System Unit Testing), SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing) training documentation and detailed procurement business process documentation. • The ability to identify current business process challenges and formulate functional recommendations and/or business process re-engineering related. • Experience with PeopleSoft AWE workflow approval configuration and processing. • Proven experience in requirement gathering, fit/gap analysis, documenting design, test planning and execution, training strategy, and overall full life cycle implementation planning. • Strong demonstrated skill in verbal and written communications, designing and delivering effective presentations and working effectively and cooperatively with cross functional staff and organization leadership team.
