*Microsoft Dynamics AX** *Location: Texas, Georgia, Colorado Rate: $DOE+expenses Duration: 3 months Description of Services: Client is currently looking for a Support Analyst who is responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics AX based environment in support of our Application Management Outsourcing customers. The Support Analyst will have experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX software and be knowledgeable in one or more of the following applications: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, and Microsoft CRM. Required • Bachelor’s degree required – Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline is a plus • Advanced degree (i.e. MBA or MIS) is a plus. • 3-5+ years experience in a functional/technical implementation or support of Microsoft Dynamics AX with prior consulting experience preferred. • Configure, monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics AX environment for managed services customers on an ongoing basis. • Coordinate Dynamics AX production, test, and training functional and technical requirements in support of client systems. • Work with other Client technical/functional resources to perform analysis, troubleshooting and resolution of client incidents for the Dynamics AX application that are both functional and/or technical. • Building client relationships and often working closely with client personnel. • Meet with customers to understand their upcoming activities to understand the impact on support. • Manage and/or execute Dynamics AX software installation, configuration and upgrades for clients; while managing and responding to client incidents appropriately per contracted SLAs.
