Someone who can start ASAP Microstrategy Developer Good Communication New York (Skype can happen) 8 months+ looking to start asap MicroStrategy developer position in our group 1. Operational Skills a) Facilitation Skills Demonstrates strong work ethic, consensus building skills and has ability to operate as part of a team. b) Communication Skills Demonstrates strong communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively and clearly. c) Adaptability Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, and readily adapt to changes in scope of assigned tasks. d) Self Starter Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 2.Technical/Functional Competencies a) Thorough understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). b) Solid problem solving and issue resolution skills. c) Strong working knowledge of project life cycle and version control. 3.Experience and Certification a) Five or more years of MicroStrategy development experience, with hands-on experience in MicroStrategy 9 b) Five or more years RDBMS/SQL experience preferable Oracle and/or Netezza c) Excellent understanding of MicroStrategy Desktop Designer, MicroStrategy Web Professional, MicroStrategy Intelligence Server, MicroStrategy Narrowcast Server, MicroStrategy Enterprise Manager d) Experience with MicroStrategy SDK, a plus e) MicroStrategy Certified Developer f) Working knowledge of dimensional data warehouse design (ROLAP) g) Good knowledge of an object-oriented programming language (Java, C/C++). h) BS in Computer Science/Math/Finance/Marketing or equivalent work experience Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
