Salesforce.com platform understanding and configuration experience is highly desirable, Ability to develop and conduct functional tests. *Pharma/Life Science experience will be added advantage* Must have minimum 8 -10+ years of total IT experience . *Senior SFDC Tech Lead** - 1 Onsite position ( Bay Area)** * Pharma/Life Science / Medical Affairs or Medical Liasion exposure will be added advantage Must have good knowledge and extensive work experience in development and implementation of multiple SFDC projects. Must understand *Salesforce.com architecture and edition constraints* Must have worked in multiple ap-exchange products Must have exposure to SFDC best practices and guidelines in implementing the solution Must have the ability to translate functional requirements into technical design Must have the ability to facilitate meetings and technical workshops Must have architected solutions in force.com Must have minimum 9+ years of total IT experience of which min 4+ yrs of SFDC Must have Good communication and client facing skills *Senior SFDC Developers** - 2 Onsite positions ( Bay Area)* Must have good knowledge and extensive work experience in development and implementation of multiple SFDC projects.
