The Technical Support Associate monitors events, follows procedures to resolve recurring incidents, and proposes modifications to those procedures to improve the quality and speed of incident resolution. When not actively monitoring systems, the Technical Support Associate employs scripts, SQL and workflow technology to build automated improvements and work-arounds for recurring incidents. The Technology Support Associate will need to learn about technology assets of varying levels of complexity and business criticality.
