The agent search are the fields created within each application to access a customer record. For example, if the agent is logging into the Claims system from the agent portal, they may need to enter the customers first 3 letters of their first and last name. For the billing system, they may need to have the full first and last name and zip code. ERIE is looking to standardize the customer search function across all of the agent facing applications. This person will work independently. They will interact with the different development groups that supports the different agent facing applications. They will meet with the teams to identify what search requirement that currently use, what they want to use and why the feel those should be the requirements. The goal of this person will be to work to come up with the standardized processes. This will involve taking an inventory of the requirements, taking an inventory of the use cases and analysis. Besides the different agent facing application teams, this person will also be working with the MDM and web services team regarding what data flows to and from their systems. The success candidate will be a senior BA that can work independently and build a great rapport with different IT teams in an organizations. They have an idea of how data works and flows throughout an IT organization. Use case and gap analysis experience are also required.
