They started with the sales cloud and they have been customizing a lot of processes to suit the business. This past year they migrated over all of their legacy systems. In 2014 they want to automate their process to the dealers, the cancellation process, and the billing process. The business is looking to speed up delivery which is why they need 2 more developers to come in. *Requirements:* -strong development experience in Apex and VisualForce -understanding of the Salesforce platform and concepts around code coverage, unit testing, environment, and deployments -strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative Programming and administration (triggers, workflows, objects, security, etc...) -experience in Java/J2EE OO concepts -Solid understanding and experience with object-oriented design -solid knowledge of SQL (SQQL in Salesforce preferred) -Experience working in Agile -Strong verbal and written communication -Self driven The business is spending a lot of time the manual processes they have in place around billing, cancellation, etc... They want to automate these processes to save them time. Will be doing mostly new development -There is a separate admin team to handle that work -They use SFDC on the front end to connect to other systems and they are working on integrating that to a service platform -They are maturing their environment and they are moving towards a full software service This person will be interacting with the business, so communication is important.
