Title: Lead SAP HCM Consultant Location: Chicago, IL Duration: 6+ Months No of Positions: 1 Rate: $DOE Description: The SAP HCM Lead contributes to the overall success of projects by providing a high level of SAP HCM expertise and leadership. The successful candidate will be a strongly motivated professional with experience from several SAP implementations across various industries; should be able to efficiently operate with minimal supervision; lead project team members to achieve results and meet project deadlines with the high standards of quality. This role requires advanced functional knowledge in SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Mgmt, Benefits, Compensation with proven experience in writing detailed functional specifications for WRICEF's. Experience with Kronos and ADP ideal To be successful you will need: . B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field . Minimum 10 years experience in designing/architecting SAP HCM solutions . Minimum 4 full life cycle SAP HCM implementations . Experience in ECC 6.0 EHP5 . Strong Communication skills (Verbal and written) . Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills . Good leadership skills required to motive, coach and lead teams . Strong organization skills and attention to detail . Excellent communication skills, the ability to ensure timelines are being met, and issues are being addressed and resolved . Excellent interpersonal skills, effective team leader and player . Ability to work independently with minimal supervision . Ability to work under pressure, work overlapping priorities and adhere to deadlines . Ability to evaluate complex tasks, identify alternatives, and recommend appropriate solutions . Experience leading a team of 3 or more consultants in a matrix environment Knowledge of the following a plus: Implementation experience with SAP HCM Talent Management modules e.g. Learning Solution, Performance Management, Succession Planning, E-Recruiting, and Enterprise Compensation Mgmt. SAP development technologies: BAPIs, BADIs, LSMW, User Exits, BDC, dialog programming, reports and ALV development, Screen Painter, Menu Painter, Interfaces, IDOC/ALE, RFC's, eCATT, Adobe Interactive Forms.
