Location: MN 3 consultants, a PM, BA and Data Analyst with BI and Cognos skills. Scope of work Cognos 10 Reporting Architecture Technical lead in the development of Framework models, Report Folder Management, hands on instruction to report writers, development of standard style guide for report writing, and other report development duties. This activity is composed of the following tasks: Architecture Development a. Develop Cognos Architecture to support CCARE platform rationalization and “build once – reuse many” notion. This system must support multi-provider, multi-payer, multi-structure Analytics engine with Event triggering, integrated EMR, etc. Report Writing a. Development of Reporting Folder Management Process b. Architect Reports as needed for CCARE Infrastructure for targeted clinics of OptumHealth c. Cognos C10 Migration of Reports, as needed Framework Modeling a. Develop Framework models in support of metrics, predictive analytics, care coordination, EMR/Clinical Care Analytics b. Develop Framework models integrating Claims sources like Facets, EMR like eClinicalWorks, HIE like Axolotl, Financial data sources like FSDB and FTS etc. *Deliverable Materials: * ● None Activity 2 - Cognos 10 SSO, Security and Data Segmentation Architecture Design and develop technical architecture to support data segmentation, and single sign on, multi use interface into the CCARE system, This activity is composed of the following tasks: Security Design a. Review overall CCARE architecture and propose Security Model b. Develop CCARE Security Landscape c. Develop Security Path flow d. Define Portal to COGNOS 10 SSO integration e. Define Mapping of Users and Security into Applications on CCARE *Deliverable Materials: * ● None Activity 3 - Cognos 10 Report QA Testing Enterprise Modeling skills to lead the testing of reports and models as designed and built . This activity is composed of the following tasks: Model Testing a. Assist with the development and execution of all testing protocols (End to End, Integration, etc.) with respect to Framework Models and Security within the CCARE Application Report Testing b.
