*Communication skills are vital - MUST be 9/10 at a minimum!!!!* · *Please make sure to include: candidate’s full name, location, availability and rate!* *Job Summary* Deloitte Managed Analytics has an opening for a QA Analyst contractor who will be responsible for the overall quality of customer deliverables, including correctness of functional behavior, adherence to business specifications, performance, and data accuracy. This position will require both manual testing as well as the execution of automated tests. The right candidate will have the ability to perform user interface validation and data validation. *Responsibilities* · Conduct functional, performance, and change regression testing of Business Analytics including: Reports, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Dashboards and other solution components · Perform detailed data validation to insure the accuracy of data mappings, data queries, and load scripts · Escalate issues as required · Support existing customers by reviewing and analyzing customer support requests · Implement and maintain internal test utilities and tools utilized for quality efforts · Responsible for planning, processing, and performing all jobs in efficient manner. · Establish test protocol for programs/processes. · Test new programs to ensure that logic and syntax are correct, and that program results are accurate · Document software defects using bug tracking software and report defects to developers. · Provide assistance to support personnel as needed to determine system issues. · Work closely with the Delivery Project Manager to determine the client’s needs and how to meet project goals · All other quality assurance related duties assigned by Delivery Project Manager *Required Skills* · 5+ years overall experience in Software Quality Assurance · 2-4 years’ experience with SQL Server and other relational databases (Oracle, DB2) · Experience testing complex web-based user interfaces, including both HTML and Flex-based applications · Ability to write moderate to complex SQL queries, to read and understand complex SQL queries, and to utilize other SQL artifacts (such as Stored Procedures and Views) · Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects while meeting aggressive customer deadlines · Good oral and written communication skills · Ability to work as an individual contributor and as part of a team *Preferred Skills* · Experience testing business intelligence, data warehouse, and/or large database application systems -- Regards, Shankar 248-522-6879 Technology consultanst inc -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
