Should be able to make recommendations for improvements and provides system technical support. 4. Able to act as a liaison to troubleshoot and correct routine problems with existing systems. 5. Working Experience with BYOD/ virtualization using Citrix XenApp, XenVault and NetScaler appliance. 6. Working experience with the implementation of Citrix NetScaler for end-point analysis and dual-factor authentication of workstation resident applications (like MS Outlook).
