This individual should have strong analytical and communications skills and advanced knowledge in using the IBM Clearcase product line. *Job Requirements:* *Required skills:* Minimum of 1-3 years ClearCase administration experience Proficient programming in scripting languages, specifically ANT and Perl. Experience with other IBM Rational Suite of tools (esp. ReqPro, ClearCase and ClearQuest MultiSite. Product Installation, release maintenance, creation of devices and server configuration Performance tuning of Rational applications and capacity planning. Proven ability to develop scripts to automate frequent administration tasks. Account management Experience working on UNIX and Windows platforms.
