Title: Workday Business Analyst posted on 2014-08-25 14:56:45 Job Description:*Hi, * *Job Title : Workday Business Analyst * *Client : AstraZeneca & MedImmune* *Location : Wilmington, DE * *Duration : 6 Month Extendable Contract * *Pay Rate : $Open* *Minimum Requirements:* *• Workday experience is required.* *• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.* *• Minimum 8 or more years in technology or process consulting.* *• Knowledge of external technology trends and / or business functions, business data and current applications and systems.* *• Pharmaceutical Business experience is Required.* *• Professional with excellent communication and written skills.* *• Strong analysis, conceptual thinking and modeling capabilities.* *• Strong relationship management, strategic influencing, and communication skills.* *• Delivery focused and creative in finding ways of delivering across complex dependency maps.* *• Ability and desire to work cross functionally and see this as a great opportunity.* *• Ability to work independently across the global organization while overseeing the work of others.* *Job Description:* * • Lead mapping of RAC/Consuming Channels changes and testing requirements due to release of Workday to business markets* *• Lead in gathering requirements for reports and other data related tasks.* *• Organize and prioritize assigned reports and other data related tasks in order to meet deadlines.* *• Design reports that allow users clear understanding of information required.* *• Thoroughly test data accuracy of reports and other data related tasks prior to publishing report or committing data results to Production.* *• Works closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans/scripts serve customer needs. Perform tests and work on remediation of issues.* *• Lead the effort to work with the business to identify functional and technical requirements.* *• Lead the translation of business requirements into design specifications and appropriate test case and test script development. Provide subject matter expertise when needed.* *• Work with Solutions Architects, Application and Infrastructure Developers and Customer Service Support to define business solutions, ensuring their alignment with business strategies and priorities and target benefits.* *• Liaise with Application Developers, Infrastructure Developers and the Support Organization to ensure effective transition and understanding of requirements.* *• Provide expert knowledge of business processes, business data, current applications and systems.
