*Required Technical Skill Set:*

OBI Apps – HR Analytics, OBIEE/ODIEE



*Must have*

·         At least 4 Hands on experience on end to end OBI HR Analytics
implementation out of which 1 in OBIApps 11g

·         Experience with usage of Universal adapters of OBI Apps

·         Proficient in OBIEE software – reporting & datamodelling

·         Proficient in ODI software

·         Proficient in designing & developing ETL maps

·         Proficient with Oracle PL SQL procedures

·         Experience in gathering requirements

·         Should have experience dealing with an Offshore team and have
worked in engagements in an Onsite- Offshore model

·         Sound Project Management experience

·         Experience with project communications management & status
reporting

·         Experienced with stakeholder management & co-ordination

·         Proficient with managing plan in MPP



*Roles and Responsibilities:*

§  Configure OBI Apps HR Analytics 11g on PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 & 9.2

§  Configure Universal adapters to source data to the OOTB data models

§  Carry out fit-gap analysis on the requirements, and create high level
CEMLI solution in co-ordination with the offshore Solution Architect and in
collaboration with the Solution Architect of other work streams.

§  Perform project management & co-ordination

§  Own the project as a Technical Leader

§  Conduct conference room pilot to validate requirements and manage user
expectation of OBIA solution during development

§  Overall ownership of requirements, analysis, design, migration plan and
implementation of the solution

§  Conduct Gap Analysis of requirements against out of the box solution

§  Prepare migration plan for SIT, UAT, Production migration

§  Secure stakeholder approval of the documented design specification,
migration plan, test plan

§  Carry out impact assessment of CRs and end-to-end design.
