Installs, configures, and troubleshoots workstations, and servers in a heterogeneous environment. Maintains password security, data integrity, and file system security. Communicates highly technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel. Recommends hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades. Education: 4-year degree or equivalent experience Experience: Entry level experience in desktop and networked systems support Knowledge/Skills: Basic knowledge of procedures, utilities and program scripts is preferred *Qualifications:* Education (i.e. Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance) • 4-year degree or equivalent experience. Experience (i.e. 5 years of healthcare sales experience) • Entry level experience in desktop and networked • systems support Specialized Knowledge/Skills (i.e. Java, Excel, Healthcare, Public Speaking) • Knowledge of PXE boot images • Remedy • MS Office • Cisco • Windows 7 • Network Administration *Critical Skills: * • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Provides technical support to internal or external networked/ desktop systems. • Configures, and troubleshoots workstations, and servers in a heterogeneous environment. • Maintains password security, data integrity, and file system security. • Communicates highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel.
