Job Description:
They just did a major implementation so this is a brand new project. There
will be a lot of work with set up, etc (not just maintenance).
Primary Duties:
Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and modifying programming systems
including encoding, testing, debugging, and installing to support the Human
Capital Management module of Oracle e-Business Suite, which includes AME
Workflow, Advanced Benefits and iRecruitment
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Consult with users to identify current operating procedures and
to clarify program objectives
· Write documentation to describe program development, logic,
coding, and corrections
Education and/or Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a
related area
· Minimum of 7 years of experience in the programming field or a
related area of which at least 3 years developing for the Oracle 12.1.3 or
later e-Business Suite application
· Experience with Oracle iRecruitment, AME Workflow and Advanced
Benefits a must
· Experience with Oracle Time and Labor and Oracle Payroll would be
a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Knowledge of one to two programming languages.
· Knowledge of XML / BI Publisher, PL/SQL, Toad and Oracle Forms
and Reports development tools
· SQL Loader, Oracle API’s, Oracle Data Integrator experience would
be helpful.
· Java Scripting and Java programming
· Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware
· Experience or knowledge of Hyperion, BI or OBIEE would be a plus.
· Knowledge of client-server concepts and the Linux or Unix
operating systems.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the
ability to provide clear explanations of problems and resolutions
· Attention to detail, organization, and timeliness in order to
meet customer service expectations
· Effective problem solving skills
· Ability to demonstrate effective customer service
· Ability to complete assigned work in an estimated time frame
· Ability to deliver projects per an agreed schedule
· Ability to develop and implement dependable, efficient,
error-free systems
