*Please respond to gau...@itecsus.com* *Position*: QA Analyst *Location*: Charlotte, NC *Duration*: 1 Year Prefer Locals to NC- Must have Oracle 9, SQL 2008, quality center, and call center, and data mining Interviews by phone asap Position Description: Experience Level: Bachelor's degree plus 5-7 years related QA Analyst for MIS Reporting team.Required: Knowledge of Oracle 9 or higher and/or SQL Server 2008 Experience with Quality Center Knowledgeable of database design and execution of queries Experience doing data mining and/or database validations Experience/knowledgeable of Call Center related data and reporting structures. Experienced in QA practices from design to execution.
