Resource will be working with a large team developing Intranet Portals using SharePoint 2013 as the platform. Currently there are 4 different application that the team is accountable for. The team is composed of the following roles, PM, Dev Manager, BA, SA,QA, and 7 other developers. Key Components: • Team Player: Works with various diverse teams to meet the objectives of the organization and shares knowledge with other team members. • Collaboration: Engages other team members while solutioning the business needs and being open to diverse perspectives while focusing on the shared purpose that puts United's overall success first.
