Job Title: SQl Developer Duration: 6 months contract-2-hire Location: Horsham, PA. This candidate must be EAD or Green Card or US Citizen. It’s a SQL Developer and Data Analyst blended role. Must have expert level SQL Programming experience, data mining experience, and Oracle database experience. It is a contract to hire opportunity in Horsham, PA. Need : This position is open because they are building a new data warehouse. The person must be a self-starter that needs very little direction. They must be team oriented. This position is 50% data mining and 50% predictive analytics. They are coming in on the initial phase on the project. Required Skill Set SQL Server Development: Must have worked in a large enterprise data warehouse environment Looking for 5 to 7 years of experience of 100% SQL programming (hands on development) Able to run SQL queries and report data Extensive experience with SQL Server 2008 Must have extensive consulting experience Must be well versed with Oracle database Must have experience with SSAS, SSIS, SSRS Experience with data marts and cubes Data Analyst: Can trend data Statistical analysis Regression analysis Predictive modeling (expert level) Experience with health insurance data, health care insurance or claims experience (payer or provider side is fine). Pharmeceutical experience will suffice as well Additional Qualifications DB2 is a very strong plus SQL Server 2008 R2 Medicare payer experience Microstrategy experience DB2 (mainframe or distributed server based) Visual Studio experience (2008 version) Data validation and testing Scorecarding (KPIs) Dashboarding CBIP certification Any Microsoft certifications Marketing experience: they understand the ways to mine data for new sales and cross-selling opportunities.
