We have an urgent need for a *Senior Business Objects Developer *for one of
our clients *Boston, MA*. Please go through the below requirement if your

*Location:* Boston, MA

*Duration: *5+ Months



*Req Details:*

*Back-end Development:*
•
Extensive Universe creation skills using BOE 4.0 IDT (.UNX Universes)
against both relational data sources and SAP BW (both JCO and
relational connection)
•
Knowledgeable of SAP BW tables and data models as it relates to
Universe creation
•
Ability to make recommendations for BW data model enhancements to
enable more efficient BO Universe creation if appropriate
•
Knowledgeable of the differences between BICS, JCO, and Relational
connection options to SAP BW
• Ability to use Data Federation Administration Tool for troubleshooting
•
BOE CMC Administration skills a plus (security admin, Access Levels,
promotion management, etc)

*Front-end Analysis/Development:*
•
Ability to analyze BEX queries as a requirement for a specification to
build relational universes
•
Knowledgeable of Webi Report creation with BEX Queries using BICS and
Relational Universe connections

*Activities:*
•
Test and validate the current security model for Universe design and
application report writing working with BOE Admin
•
Work independently to migrate existing BEX Queries to Universes and
build universe-based queries
•
Support Divisional project teams in Universe creation both relational
(SAP and non-SAP) and BW-based to satisfy requirements
•
Build Webi Reports to specification (both as BEX query replacements
and new Webi’s from universes).
