Communication skills are critical for this manager.

 

Job Description:
The candidate will be part of the Access Management Engineering team. He or
she will work closely with the Operations as well as other teams from a
Siteminder/Single Sign-On Infrastructure perspective. The candidate would
also be expected to assist the existing team on all aspects of engineering
the Siteminder/Single Sign-On Authentication Infrastructure, which includes
assisting in performing certifications and packaging.
The candidate may contribute to the design and architecture of the Single
Sign-On infrastructure, which is a combination of custom software modules
and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software, hardware and security
solutions.

 

Responsibilities:
1. Support the Single Sign-On (SSO) architecture and infrastructure from an
engineering standpoint within the test, certifications, packaging phases and
environments.
2. Perform advanced SiteMinder/ Single Sign-On and Web Infrastructure
troubleshooting and interface directly with various IT teams to resolve
technical issues in production environment.
3. Develop/review technical documents to ensure consistency, accuracy and
compliance with corporate technology directions.

 

Required Skills

. Strong working/applied knowledge with Siteminder and its
components, LDAP and Single Sign- on concepts, architectures and
configurations in large scale deployments

. Working knowledge with Virtualization, LDOMs architectures and
applied LDOM configurations
Proficiency in Unix and Linux

. Strong familiarity with custom APIs and non-web based application
environments

. Experience with similar deployments/integrations on large scale
corporations

. Excellent team work and communication skills

. Webservers (Sun One Webserver, IIS, Apache) experience

. Application Servers (Websphere, JRUN, Weblogic) experience

. Distributed environment TCP/IP knowledge as well as familiarity
with mainframe environment

. Java and C++ programming skills familiarity
