Title: Active Directory Engineer - 7426 Location: (Ashland - Lexington, KY or Dublin, OH) Duration: 3+ Months contract Required Skills: 3-5+ years of hands on experience with Microsoft SMS/SCCM, Symantec Antivirus/Security Products and Active Directory (2000/2003/2008). Daily operations would include (but are not limited to) the following: Secondary Site Configuration and Health Deploy new secondary sites as needed Understanding of AD sites and services Experience supporting and maintaining an Active Directory infrastructure at an enterprise or Tier3+ level Evaluate infrastructure for locations missing a secondary site where one is needed. Investigate patching issues as needed. Verify patch level of Domain Controllers. Compare subnets to remediate missing, obsolete or duplicates Demonstrate the ability to administer/verify operation of Symantec group update providers Proficient in administration and troubleshooting techniques for DNS/WINS Roles based administration Forefront Identify Management or Quest migration tools Desired Skills: There are 2 openings for this role. Supporting Ashland for our client. Candidate can be located in Lexington, KY or Dublin, OH. Project is 3 months, extendable. Daily Work Description Day to day operations of IT as part of a global integration project. Required to be on-site daily in Dublin OH preferably or Lexington KY and support the project with flexible hours (rotating shifts, may come further down the line).
