*NOTE: This project entails converting an Access Database to a SQL
Database with the front end being .NET. This resource will be creating
lots of reports and queries from the DB to analyze the date. Design
experience is NOT needed. Candidate MUST have excellent communication
skills as they will be working a lot with the end business users and be
independent enough to work with these business users and make decisions on
the project, thus we are looking for Senior level candidates. *
