Job Responsibilities: This position is responsible for general project management duties, analysis, and support of internal products/services/programs. Resources will serve as a liaison between internal clients, operational staff, and IT. Duties will include development of project plans, creation and distribution of issues list, escalation management, facilitating crossfunctional meetings (e.g. agenda preparation, reports distribution, material gathering and distribution, and communication of decisions/results, etc.). Knowledge of Prescription Benefit Management industry. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel, MS Project, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook or Lotus Notes and Web applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills. Ability to exercise professional judgement in analyzing and resolving client issues. Ability to analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals and business correspondence. Effective presentation skills with the ability to make group presentations.
