For this assignment you will be onsite in Southern California M-F normal
business hours. This client uses ServiceNow extensively and uses a high
amount of modules that are active so lots of experience to be had in this
environment.

*ServiceNow* *Developer*

· *Angular, JS, Bootstrap, Web2.x – SOAP/REST advanced workflows*

· *HTML, Javascript, Jquery, and Spring*

· *ServiceNow**, service watch, service mapping –*

· *Personality (ideal assuming technology is there):*

· *Agile/Scrum shop – releases twice a week. Daily stand ups*

· *Highly collaborative – team environment – no headphone
developers*

· *ITIL is almost a MUST HAVE*

· *SNO modules and integration are cross company touchpoints so
they need to be able to work with all kinds of people*

· *Technologies:*

· *ServiceNow* *– currently on Geneva version BUT they are going to
be on Helsinki by the end of this year. Experience with either version is
ideal.*

· *Angular, JS, Jquery is all good background, but Java background
isn’t as applicable anymore due to the recent versions not coming out of
Java.*

*The position’s essential functions are as follows:*

· *Manage roles and permissions, group creations, ACL’s (access
control lists), User Interfaces, and Service Level Agreements for corporate
wide ServiceNow instance.*

· *Implementation of Workflow including SubWorkflows and Return
Values, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and
Service Catalog on various business applications.*

· *Manage multiple ServiceNow projects and coordinate testing,
demonstrations, training and release schedules*

· *Provide support for bug fixes, reporting, testing and other ad
hoc requests*

· *Complete customizations for Work Order and Change modules*

· *Serve as the primary link between the development team and
internal customers, facilitate meetings between the two groups and gather
and present requirements for development.*

· *Developing using ServiceNow’s Content Management System (CMS)
and Jelly Scripting solutions on ServiceNow.*

· *Developing using ServiceNow’s Service Portal with AngularJS and
Bootstrap solutions on ServiceNow.*

· *Workshops, shadowing/interviewing, communications for major
system releases*

· *Create user and new hire training documentation, ongoing
employee training, system admin work, upgrades, implementations, and
installations. *

· *Installing, configuration and administration of ServiceNow’s
CMDB.*

· *Manipulating, Loading and Maintaining data between Service-Now
and other systems.*

· *Experience in Creating Knowledge article, Mentored and trained
business users & Helpdesk users on ServiceNow platform.*

· *Participate in Workshops with ServiceNow partner teams to help
companies implement ServiceNow using best practices in ITSM.*

· *Periodic status reporting*

· *Assist in effort estimates for various activities*

· *Implementation support*
