*Responsibilities Expected of the Selected Consultants Selected Consultants
must: *

· Work with the appropriate resources to define and write
Functional and Technical Testable Requirements (Waterfall) and/or User
Stories and Acceptance Criteria (Agile).

· Work with the QA Supervisor and/or QA Lead to create the Level of
Effort (LOE) estimate for all testing activities within the project.

· Work with the QA Supervisor and/or QA Lead to create the Test
Strategy.

· Work with the QA Supervisor and/or QA Lead to create the Test
Plan.

· Work with Business Analyst, Developers, and DBA’s in defining
detailed and reusable Functional, System Integration, and Regression test
cases and completing Requirements Traceability Matrix.

· Write detailed and reusable Functional, System Integration, and
Regression Test Cases.

· Assist the Performance Engineer in determining business flows to
be scripted and utilized in Performance/Load testing.

· Assist the Automation Engineer in determining test cases to be
scripted and utilized in smoke / regression testing.

· Accurately document all defects in the defect tracking tool in a
timely manner.

· Escalate all challenges to the appropriate resource(s) in a
timely manner.

· Communicate effectively, both verbally and written.

· Attend and participate in the Defect Review meetings.



*Mandatory Qualifications:*

· BS or BA degree OR Associates degree with 5 years as a QA Analyst
OR 7 years’ experience as a QA Analyst

· Five engagements lasting a minimum of 3 months each in a QA
Analyst role



*Desired Qualifications:*

· Computer Science or IT degree

· Experience utilizing Rational Functional Tester

· Experience writing and executing basic SQL query commands

· Experience utilizing JIRA as a defect reporting tool

· Experience with IBM Curam solution for healthcare reform.

*Required Skills, knowledge and abilities:*

• 5+ years EDI business analyst experience, with a deep understanding of
the ANSI X12 and EDIFACT EDI standards, in a supply chain application.

• Has a broad understanding of SAP functionality, and IDocs.

• Experience with working with the Agile development methodology and use of
JIRA.

• Analytical skills to critically evaluate the information gathered from
multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information
into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general
understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true
needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements.

• Ability to work with the vast array of information and to cope with
rapidly changing information.

• Able to understand business functionality and translate it into
application requirements.

• Excellent understanding of business complexity and project
interdependencies.

• Strong experience using Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.

• Absorb complex technical information and communicates effectively to both
technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong customer interaction, organizational and time management skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple priorities.

• Experience working in a Sterling B2B Integrator technical environment,
with a working knowledge of the transformation map tools.

• Knowledge of Rosettanet, XML, and Tradacoms.

extract data out of the current computer system. Load the data into
spreadsheets and cleanse the data

Develop a clear understanding of material master data requirements to be
able to load data into an ERP computer system.

Must have excellent Excel and computer skills to be able to organize and
correct the data.

Be able to extract data from a computer system, and organize the data so it
can be properly loaded to a new system.

Must be able to research and determine correct values for any missing data
that is needed.
