speaks BACNet, but exposes a SOAP/ReST interface to my application. This

need to try to learn BACNet. I would need two web services: 1. Simple
method that allows me to call the web service and query the status of: a.)
a particular room (vacant or occupied) b.) a grouping of rooms (return all
vacant rooms in a group, e.g. a floor) 2. A method that allows me to
'subscribe' to room status changes, and receive an asynch notification to
