This tester will provide support in developing SOA/integration interface
test plans and estimates, automated test script development, executing
service test scripts, reporting/tracking defects.  The Quality Engineer is
responsible for managing quality and test related process execution with
high impact to the business. This includes providing feedback on artifacts
developed during *requirements and analysis phase* within Mercury projects;
authoring test plans and test cases; and performing test execution for both
project and support related activities.

Responsibilities

• Codes and performs unit and integration testing of software
to ensure proper and efficient execution and adherence to business and
technical requirements

• Codes, tests, and debugs new software makes enhancements to

• Resolves in a timely manner problems that arise with existing

Job description

There is an immediate focus from Fed on reducing manual work on Price
testing  controls and migrate the EUCs (End user controls) based manual IPV
processes to a more automated state in compliance to General IT controls .
As part of this initiative, the current team’s capacity needs to scale to
be able to meet the demand of all the manual processes which are listed to
be in scope of automation.

 One of the key objectives of this role is to observe the business
processes followed to perform Price Testing manually in current state. The
control functions to execute these manual processes are performed by
business in NY. In addition to this, the CFO change partners who are
translating business requirements to IT requirements are operating from NY.
It’s essential for PCIT to position this role in NY allowing to participate
in daily discussions within overlapping time zone with business and change
group partners to layout steps needful to transition manual processes to a
more automated and controlled way , which ultimately is the fed commitment
for Price Testing .

The role is crucial to ensure completeness and timeliness of data during
crucial month-end schedule and onboard new business into GPT. It is also
crucial to meet the new demand of automating EUR based manual processes to
onboard onto GPT.
This role will ensure that the following are addressed in the critical
price testing process:
1.  Design & Build of Controls and Checks to ensure data completeness
2.  Automation of Market data information into GPT.
3.  Onboarding of the GCP business into GPT.
4.  Automation of the Reporting and Analytics process.
5.  Availability of accurate and quality data in a timely manner
6.  Automate in scope manual process for price testing onto GPT.

Role descriptions:
This position is a CCAR (Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review)
Regulatory Test Manager within Risk and Finance IT, based in US. This

10. Setup an integration testing governance model with all the key
stakeholders drive and evolve integration testing lifecycle deliverables
standards and best practices.
11. Manage and Implement an integration testing strategy that aligns with
program objectives.
12. Follow best practices to define the sequence & schedule to facilitate
processing of various upstream and downstream systems besides test data
definition, tools, defect management/coordination, etc.
13. Build and manage Integration test environments risk management policies
and procedures.
14. Manage the project risks and issues and define appropriate mitigation
strategy and remediation plans.
15. Effective Communication Integration Testing Status including defect
identification and resolution Reporting.
16. Load Test cases and scripts into testing tool to ensure training is
rolled out to participants in the testing cycles and pre-testing activities
are completed.
17. Provide day-to-day tracking of issues and status of testing cycles.

. Guarantee *fixed income* products. Relatively small. Head and about 6
other people. Midtown, small good tight knit. Everyone is contract.

The project is for premium analytics, willing to take someone with fixed
income knowledge who understands the variance of bonds, and is willing to
bring the person up to speed.

It’s an *ASP.Net* web environment. If you can read VB.Net that’s fine,
though they don’t really use WCF or WPF. Old code may be in VB, so you’d
have to be able to read that.

Financial Guarantor is looking for a .net developer to join their team in
NYC.  The successful candidate must be individually driven, responsible,
organized and be proficient in the following areas

· ASP.net, C#.net
· Be able to debug existing code written in vb.net
· Understand business concepts which tend to be complex algorithms
