ADDITIONAL NOTES: This resource will be evaluating "legacy" ETL code that may or may not have embedded business rule in them. They need to be able to decipher the sources, the targets and the "logic" behind it. To understand if this is a process that needs to be recreated in the "new" environment, or if they can get rid of it all together. This resource will need to be strong with batch PacBase as well as Mainframe (MVS/JCL, DB2, VSAM) In the interview Kevin will be looking at Communication skills/team fit as well as how strong they are in this realm.
