Our client in OH is looking for someone mid-level, someone with mainly
support projects, not implementations, who could work on $50 to$55 (DOE) per
hour all inclusive or less.

· Looking for someone to "roll up their sleeves" and perform some
day-to-day activities.

· Examples of the types of activities we need someone to perform are
as follows:

· identification of open positions and verification that correct

Client is currently interviewing for a Sr. Applications Developer to take on
a position in Brea, CA.

*Must be **local **to **California**, duration is 4 to 6 months. *

The Sr. Applications Developer will be expected to complete the development
of RICE elements, MD70s, Unit Testing, System/regression Testing Support and
Production Support. Qualifications are as follows:

·5+ years experience with Oracle 11i EBS and at least 2
implementation
experiences with Oracle WMS/MSCA.

·Any experience with OTM would be huge plus.

·Knowledge in the configuration of Oracle WMS including the Rules
Engine and hands on experience in MWA server configuration for MSCA.

with 3rd party Warehouse Control System.

Assignment details:

The role primarily interprets architecture and requirements documents
through building designs in UML. The role also works with the development
team to ensure the design and architecture are realized in the code. The
only coding would be to prototype a design. Typical design decisions are how
to use design frameworks and tools (i.e. Spring, STRUTS, Hibernate, Ajax) to
realize the architecture and requirements. We also specifically evaluate new
open source frameworks and tools regularly.

Designers are often architects as well, depending on the position. It seems
that every company has a slightly different definition of the two titles. To
us, Design work is essentially interpreting architecture and requirements
documents, creating the UML diagrams (i.e. sequence diagram), writing sample
code to help explain the design to developers and finally following the
design through development via answering development questions and
participating in code reviews where the designer is accountable for ensuring
proper execution of the design, not accountable for java development and/or
coding practices.

Without experience in an architect role, it is difficult to be an effective
designer.

Here is a listing of skills I view as critical for a designer. As with
architects, SOA knowledge is important for a designer, but equally important
for design are experience levels with data access methodologies and
performance optimization techniques (i.e. Hibernate, Spring JDBC and other
ORM/mapping technologies), design framework expertise including designing
applications with STRUTS, Spring, JSF, etc. and excellent java skills which
are especially useful as a designer for application performance aspects and
code review accountabilities. Thorough knowledge of design frameworks (Gang
of Four) is essential. Leadership and communication skills are critical for
successfully working with development teams throughout the development
process as designs are implemented and modified.

We are looking for candidates with true architecture experience, i.e. not
lead developer/tech lead experience. Extensive experience with Spring would
be beneficial.

Do you have anyone in the following area for $50 All Inclusive.

We have an immediate need for POS Test script writer - someone who can work
on our project team onsite in NYC.

We have existing POS (EPICOR) test scripts and we need this person to work
with AT team, understand changes needed for SAP implementation and then
appropriately modify/add to our POS testing plan.

I would guess that we may need this resource for 2 months starting asap,

Back-fill SharePoint support role (Direct Client)

SharePoint Admin as a requisition that I am now supporting and positioned it
as an immediate need.



After talking with Roland last week, I think the key to this requisition is
finding a candidate that has worked in a *SharePoint**support** role for a
large client*.  By support, I mean that for the last few years they have
worked diagnosing and resolving code deployment and site connection issues.
This is not development.  If a candidate has prior development experience,
this is fine as long as they have more recent experience supporting
production issues for a large (Client has server farm of 100 dedicated
SharePoint servers and supports 20,000 users globally) client.



When you’re qualifying candidates – make sure they can talk to supporting
similar type production issues for a client the size of Client.
Specifically make sure they can speak to supporting a 3 tier, DMZ
environment that consists of both internal and external SharePoint users.
For reference, Client’s supports roughly 70% internal and 30% external
users.  And lastly please make sure these candidates have good communication
skills.

want someone who has performed Windows Exchange migrations, they rather need
a generalist for this position.  Person needs to know everything about
Exchange itself and worked with it on a day to day basis.  They have 8000

Exchange administrator who is overloaded with work.  They would prefer to

individual will work with a team of analysts and other developers in the
Project System area of SAP to solve key business systems-related problems
and improve existing processes.

Communicate\Collaborate effectively with analysts to design solutions
delivered using SAP technology

Build\Test\Document enhanced functionality in our SAP system based on
business requirements

Debug\Resolve SAP system related issues

Collaborate with other developers on best practices

Stay current on SAP technology changes



*Requirements*

A bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related
field
A minimum of two years of recent ABAP development experience in the Project
System and FI\CO modules

Business knowledge in the Project System\Project Costing area

Strong communication skills
Excellent office and computer skills



*Recommended Qualifications*

• Knowledge of external EVMS systems is a plus
