*Job Title: .Net Web Developer Location: Boston, MA Duration: 3 Months Contract Rate: $34/hr on C2C * This person should be able to travel on occasion to other worksite, be available on occasion at off-hours, and be available for limited on-call duties. This position requires web development with specific expertise in the .Net 2.0 framework. The web developer will work in a team environment to develop, maintain and support mission critical systems providing a range of web based services. The web developer will partner with business unit clients and team members to resolve business issues in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires expertise in the use of current web-related technologies such as ASP.NET, IIS, SQL, Crystal Reports and JAVA Script as well as creativity and excellent communication skills. The web developer will be required to successfully complete all assigned tasks, gain a complete understanding of each overall project and business application, and to remain current with the latest technologies and industry/business trends. This position requires occasional work outside during standard business hours and may be periodically on stand-by status.
Detailed Statement of Duties and Responsibilities: Develop, test, implement, document and maintain technologies such as .Net and PL/SQL applications in the DUA web environment. Use Microsoft .NET application development tools, such as Visual Studio, C# and ASP .Net or other client approved tools to develop new Client/Server or Browser based systems according to user specifications and IS standards.
