Position 1: Only US Citizens, Green Cards and EAD's... Title: .Net Support Analyst Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: 6 months, with possible extensions and possible right-to-hire. Rate: $40 - 45/hr MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE: Technical support specialist to Interface with clients, understand issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner. Analyze and coordinate resolution of production issues. Manage deployment of releases. Maintain adequate communication with clients and IT management; act as liaison between business, vendors and other support teams. Escalate issues when required to ensure timely resolution. Become primary point of contact for all issues and requests. Develop relationships with other IT groups to ensure all issues are addressed in an expatiated and effective manner and that users are kept updated at all times.
