Position 1: Only US Citizens, Green Cards and EAD's... Title: .Net Support Analyst Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: 6 months, with possible extensions and possible right-to-hire. Rate: $40 - 45/hr MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE: Technical support specialist to Interface with clients, understand issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner. Analyze and coordinate resolution of production issues. Manage deployment of releases. Maintain adequate communication with clients and IT management; act as liaison between business, vendors and other support teams. Escalate issues when required to ensure timely resolution. Become primary point of contact for all issues and requests.
