*Requirements:* • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent combination of formal education, work experience and technical training. • 5+ years experience in planning, implementing, and maintaining complex voice communications systems, with a minimum of 3 years specific to Avaya Communication Manager. • Experience working with Avaya Aura voice communications systems including Avaya Communication Manager 6.X and later, DL360 Media Servers, Avaya Media Gateways, Aura Messaging and Session Manager. Ability to independently perform routine maintenance which includes system backups, upgrades & replacements and system patching. • Experience supporting Avaya Call Center technology including Avaya CC Elite call vectoring and skill based call routing, CMS reporting and CMS platform support and AES CTI integrations. • Experience working with Avaya VoIP technologies including SIP/H323 trunks, TFTP/HTTP server phone files and firmware updates. Solid understanding of Avaya DHCP scope options. • Strong troubleshooting skills, ability to identify and resolve issues and provide tier 3 support. • Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation), organizational and collaboration skills. • Experience demonstrating skill using PC-based spreadsheet, word processing and e-mail software. Experienced use of Microsoft Office Suite products Work, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio. • Ability and willingness to work extended hours or modified schedule for planned or emergency work. • Ability and willingness to provide 24x7 on-call support and carry a cell phone as required. • Ability and willingness to travel to various company locations & possess a valid driver's license. • Ability and willingness to perform physical tasks (for example, lifting equipment weighing up to 50 lbs). • Must successfully pass a criminal history background check.
